Is it possible to use an Nvidia and a Radeon graphics card to up the performance of my pc?

d_chaos6669 asked:

They are both old graphics cards, (Nvidia FX 5200 and Radeon 9200) and I wasn’t sure if i could make my pc run better using them both with a single monitor or not. I know i just need to upgrade but currently cannot.

I do not think that they can be linked together. Sorry but they would probably conflict with eachother.

Only if the computer is delayed because the graphics processing is not keeping up with demand. This means that a graphics game or video editing tools might (just might) run faster with a faster, more capable video interface. However, it also assumes that the system can leverage this power–not all can.
